This website is operated for Paco Spanish Adventures. We aim to collect only the information reasonably needed to communicate with adults interested in the program and to fulfill purchases.

Information submitted through the website

If you use a school/co-op inquiry or contact form, we may receive the adult name, email address, organization information, role, levels of interest, and message you provide. We do not ask children to submit personal information through the public website.

Payments

Family and Teacher checkout is processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect the adult customer name, email address, payment information, selected plan, and—when relevant—the Family grade level or Teacher teaching band selected at checkout. Paco Spanish Adventures does not receive or store full payment-card numbers on this website.

Children

This public website is intended for adults choosing educational materials. We do not intentionally ask children to create accounts or submit personal information through the public website.

Hosting, forms, analytics, and cookies

The website is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions, technical website data, and site analytics may be processed by Netlify and other service providers according to their own policies. The current Paco website does not intentionally add advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies through its own site code. Stripe and other third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you visit or use their services.

How long information is kept

We keep inquiry, purchase-fulfillment, and customer-service records only as long as reasonably needed for customer support, licensing, security, tax/accounting, or other legal obligations. The exact retention period can vary by record type and service provider.

Your choices

Adult customers and contacts may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we directly control, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
