These launch-stage terms govern use of the public SpeakWithPaco.com website. Family and Teacher subscriptions may be purchased through Stripe when live checkout is enabled. The selected billing interval and recurring-payment terms shown during Stripe checkout apply to that purchase. School enrollment is handled separately.
Educational information
Paco Spanish Adventures provides educational materials and guidance. Language-learning results vary by learner, age, prior exposure, practice, and other factors. We do not promise fluency or a particular academic result.
Copyright and use
Unless otherwise stated, Paco-branded curriculum, illustrations, text, audio, and downloadable resources are intended for the purchaser under the license associated with the selected Family, Teacher, or School plan. Public website content may not be republished as curriculum or resold without permission.
Plan scope
Family materials are intended for one household and one selected grade level. Each Teacher membership is intended for one teacher/classroom and one selected teaching band: PreK–Grade 1, Grades 2–4, or Grades 5–7. Classroom or organizational use outside the selected Teacher band requires an additional appropriate license or School plan. Final license details are provided before or at purchase.
Delivery
At launch, Paco curriculum is delivered by email rather than through a member portal. Mission 1 for the Family level or Teacher teaching band selected at checkout is emailed to the adult purchaser within 24 hours after successful payment. New Missions are sent as they are released while the membership remains active.
Renewals, cancellation, and refunds
Family and Teacher memberships renew according to the monthly or annual billing interval selected at Stripe checkout. You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing speakwithpaco@proton.me. Cancellation stops future recurring charges; it does not require you to return materials already delivered. Because Paco curriculum files are digital, payments are non-refundable once materials for that billing period have been delivered, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or you have a billing problem, contact us so we can review it.
Third-party services
The website may use services such as Netlify and Stripe. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply when you use those services.
